You irrevocably waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.

Informal Resolution

Time Limitation

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from or related to use of our services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it will be forever barred.

Force Majeure

If a force majeure event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate affected service engagements upon written notice to the other party.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Service, and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meridian Path regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Amendments

Severability
